ABOUT A new upscale modern Indian restaurant opening soon in the Parkdale area in Toronto, offering refined Indian flavours, modern presentation, and warm hospitality in a polished dining environment.

We are building our opening team and looking for reliable and professional individuals who are excited to join a growing new restaurant from the beginning.

Position Summary

We are hiring Front-of-House Team Members for both part-time and full-time positions. Team members will help with pre-opening preparations and, once operations begin, provide attentive, welcoming service to our guests in shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide qualified, attentive service
- Develop strong knowledge of the menu items, ingredients in each item, preparation methods, and potential allergens Explain menu items, take accurate orders, answer guest questions, and make informed food and beverage recommendations Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards Process cash, debit, credit, and mobile payments accurately Prepare, clear, clean, and reset tables

Respond professionally to guest questions and concerns and escalate issues when appropriate




- Maintain clean dining, service, and guest areas Follow food-safety, sanitation, allergen, and alcohol-service proceduresMaintain a professional appearance and follow uniform standards (if needed)

Work collaboratively with other front-of-house and kitchen staff members to ensure smooth and productive service
- Support opening, closing, restocking, training, and other assigned duties

Requirements
- Previous restaurant, serving, hospitality, or customer-service experience is preferred Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Ability to stand for extended periods and safely carry food, beverages, and service items Willingness to assist wherever needed
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Valid Food Handler Certificate Smart Serve certification required for employees serving alcohol Legally entitled to work in Canada

Employment Type Part-time and full-time positions available.

Pay: $17.60-$19.60 per hour
