We are looking for an experienced

UX/Product Designer to join a Design Systems team. You’ll help build and evolve a scalable design system, including Figma components, patterns, and supporting assets, while partnering closely with product managers, designers, and front-end engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and maintain components, patterns, and foundations within a Design System

- Build and evolve Figma component libraries

- Partner with engineers to align design and coded components

- Translate user research and requirements into design improvements

- Support product teams with Design System adoption

- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards

What We’re Looking For

- Experience working with

Design Systems and complex product ecosystems

- Strong

UX/Product Design background, ideally within B2B or enterprise software

- Advanced

Figma skills

- Strong interaction and visual design capabilities

- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams

- Robust portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving

- Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

- Experience with 3D/CAD or infrastructure-related products

- Degree in HCI, Computer Science, UX, or a related field
