As an Internal Accountant, you'll supervise a Junior Accountant and manage all facets of our accounting operations. With over 5 years of accounting experience, you will handle QuickBooks Online for payables, receipts, and monthly reports.

This sole charge role reports directly to the President & CEO, ensuring accurate payroll, bank reconciliations, and detailed financial statements. Your meticulous attention to detail will be vital in managing trust accounting for insolvency engagements. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full cycle accounting processes in QuickBooks Online
- Conduct trust accounting for insolvency cases in Aryza Insolv
- Oversee bank reconciliations for all corporate accounts
- Prepare semi-monthly payroll and financial statements
- Supervise a Junior Accountant to maintain accuracy Requirements:
- Business degree or diploma in accounting
- 5-10 years of full cycle accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Ability to work independently with discretion
