Responsibilities

- Previous experience as a barista (at least 1 year) - knowledge of different coffee brewing methods - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee & tea
- Take customer orders and process payments using debit / credit machines
- Provide excellent communication and customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
- Ability to handle a commercial oven and bake frozen products
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines while handling and preparing food items
- Collaborate with team members to ensure productive operation of the coffee shop

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a food service or retail environment is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment




- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
