Position Overview

Mary Maxim is looking for a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for processing customer orders, picking and packing products, receiving and processing incoming shipments, and maintaining an organized warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

- Mail Processing: Process and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring orders are accurate, complete, and packaged securely.
- Picking & Packing: Pick products from warehouse locations and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Truck Processing & Receiving: Receive incoming shipments, unload and organize merchandise, verify quantities, and process products into inventory.
- Stocking: Put away incoming merchandise and maintain organized, properly stocked warehouse areas.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory organization and product movement as required.
- Follow company procedures for order processing, shipping, receiving, and workplace safety.




- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Perform other warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications & Skills
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order-picking experience is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Ability to safely lift and move boxes and merchandise.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
