Fireplaces by Cameron is seeking an experienced Class B Gas Fitter to join our growing team. We specialize in premium gas and wood fireplaces, serving homeowners, builders, and renovation clients throughout the Comox Valley and surrounding areas.

This is a full time, year-round position for a tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer service.

Responsibilities

- Install natural gas and propane fireplaces
- Complete gas piping, appliance hookups, commissioning, and testing
- Perform fireplace service, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Install venting systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications and code requirements
- Conduct site visits and assess project requirements
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized worksites
- Deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications

- Class B Gas Fitter ticket (required)
- Experience installing and servicing gas fireplaces




- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- WETT certification considered an asset
