Evening Shifts - Monday to Friday 3:00pm to11:00pm- 40h per week. Additional hours may be required from time to time.

We are a residential and commercial real estate management company operating primarily in Quebec and Ontario. We currently manage over 3000 high-end rental units as well as several commercial buildings and are rapidly expanding our portfolio. We are currently seeking candidates to join our team as a watchman in our properties.

: Security Guard

Applicants must hold a valid security guard licence with force

Responsibilities

- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Supervise CCTV systems to detect and prevent unauthorized activities
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or suspicious behavior
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and security-related activities
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises
- Manage packages brought into the premises
- Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and customers as needed




- Report any safety hazards or security breaches to the appropriate authorities

Experience
- Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and other security equipment is a plus
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Basic computer skills for operating security systems
