Looking for an energetic and hardworking candidates with experience operating pumps and interacting with customers and leading a team of 8 to 12 employees over 2 gas station sites. Responsible for scheduling, mangement, inspections, following of policies and protocols, ordering, back end paperwork, coaching employees, removing and cleaning debris from property, keeping bathroom clean, ensuring that the grounds and retail store are safe and sound, and providing a seamless customer service experience.

Responsibilities

- Understand the gas station's safety and health plan.
- Enforce safety practices.
- Clean the pumps and rest rooms.
- Monitor fuel flow pumps and record how much gas is pumped.
- Use handheld tools to inspect and repair pumps.
- Order merchandise




- Ensure policies and protocols are being followed by all employees
- Track inventory and sales.
- Create weekly schedules
- Provide training and coaching to peers

PR support available where required. Job Types: Permanent, Part time, Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
