Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Warehouse Handyman to join our team. This role is responsible for performing general repairs, maintenance, building, assembly, and facility improvement projects throughout the warehouse and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate is hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable working with a variety of tools and materials.

This position is well suited for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, can troubleshoot problems independently, and is able to support the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of a busy manufacturing environment.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep throughout the warehouse and facility.
- Build, assemble, install, and modify shelving, workstations, storage areas, fixtures, and other warehouse structures as required.
- Repair and maintain doors, walls, flooring, racks, furniture, equipment, and other facility components.
- Complete basic carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and other general handyman tasks.
- Assist with warehouse improvements, renovations, and facility projects as assigned.
- Inspect the facility regularly and identify items requiring repair, maintenance, or replacement.
- Safely use and maintain hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment.
- Assist with moving, positioning, and securing equipment, materials, and fixtures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while completing all projects.




- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Report any safety hazards, equipment issues, or maintenance concerns to management.
- Work closely with warehouse and management teams to complete projects efficiently and with minimal disruption to operations.
- Perform other general maintenance and facility-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in general maintenance, handyman work, construction, carpentry, or a similar role.
- Strong practical skills with hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to build, repair, assemble, and install a variety of items.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read basic measurements, instructions, and diagrams.
- Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality workmanship.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as required.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance tasks.
- Robust commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is considered an asset.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
