Willow Park Golf & Country Club is looking for a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and has experience with basic carpentry, construction and general property maintenance.

As a private golf and country club, Willow Park maintains a large property that requires ongoing repairs, improvements and seasonal projects. No two days are exactly the same. This position will work closely with our Golf Course Superintendent and maintenance team on projects throughout the golf course and club property.

Responsibilities

- Assist with maintenance, repairs and improvement projects throughout the property
- Perform basic carpentry work, including construction, repairs and installation of wood structures
- Assist with fencing, decking, curbing, signage and other property projects
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools and other equipment
- Assist with landscaping, cleanup and seasonal maintenance
- Load, unload and move materials, tools and equipment
- Maintain clean, safe and organized work areas
- Work alongside the Superintendent and maintenance team on a variety of projects
- Assist with other general labour and property maintenance duties as required

Qualifications & Skills

- Carpentry experience is required
- Previous construction,



general labour or property maintenance experience is an asset
- Comfortable and experienced using basic hand and power tools
- Able to safely lift, carry and move materials
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Valid driver's licence is an asset
