We are a busy Finishings Company in Waterloo and are currently searching for a responsible, hardworking individual to join our team. If you are able to stand for longer periods of time and like to be part of a smaller yet leading edge Company, then this is the job for you! There will be some repetitive work and lifting.

If you like working as part of a team and you are detail oriented, then this is the job for you! We work 10 hour shifts with a long weekend every week! All you need for this job is to come to work everyday, all the training and PPE you will need are provided, so if this sounds like something you can do, then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities

- Help on the spray line and other manufacturing equipment with precision and safety.
- Quality Control and attention to detail is significant
- Conduct packaging of finished products while maintaining safety standards and efficiency.

Qualifications





- Experience with working in a factory environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and a proactive safety mindset are essential for success in this role.
