Duties

- Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and organizing supplies to ensure an efficient workflow.
- Perform general physical tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning to support ongoing projects.
- Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials, scaffolding, or assisting with setups and takedowns.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris, waste, and hazards regularly.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

- Help with site inspections and report any safety concerns or issues promptly to supervisors.

Experience

- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general manual labour is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated newcomers.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods while maintaining attention to safety and detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards learning new skills on the job.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices; willingness to adhere strictly to safety protocols.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role.
