The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on General Manager to lead the business, guide day-to-day operations, and drive profitable growth. This role is ideal for a software leader who can turn strategy into action, build strong teams, strengthen customer relationships, and shape commercial and product priorities.

You will lead sales and marketing, customer success, professional services, software development, product management, finance, and human resources.

What You’ll Do

- Set the business strategy and own revenue, profitability, customer, and operational goals.
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams across the organization.
- Drive new business, strengthen sales execution, and grow existing customer relationships.
- Build customer success and support programs that improve retention, adoption, and satisfaction.
- Guide product roadmaps and align software development priorities with market needs.
- Manage forecasts, budgets, performance measures, resources, and business risks.
- Stay closely involved in sales pipelines, customer delivery, product execution, and day-to-day operations.

What You Bring

- 5+ years of senior leadership experience running a business or business unit.
- Experience in B2B software or SaaS.




- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable results.
- Strong commercial, financial, forecasting, and operational skills.
- Experience in several areas such as sales, marketing, customer success, product, services, or software development.
- Strong customer focus and business development ability.
- Clear communication and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- A practical leadership style with strong coaching, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Education and Industry Knowledge

- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and how a software business operates.

Salary Range (Ontario & BC Only):The estimated base salary range for this role is CAD$150,000 - CAD$200,000 yearly.
