Our Edmonton Industrial team, is currently searching for a General Superintendent is a skilled role, in which the General Superintendent is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the daily activities of multiple industrial cladding crews.

The General

Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring cladding and architectural systems are built with the highest degree of quality, in the safest and most cost-effective manner. This position works closely with management in order to ensure that all of the necessary work gets done as safe and efficient as possible.

A Day In The Life

- Process field hours/ Payroll
- Assist Construction Manager with project start up list

- Monitor employees training and certification validation

- Drive crew performance and efficiency

- Maintain QC project paperwork throughout the project life cycle

- Ensure QC, safety and labour tracking paperwork is being completed by Foreman

- Review drawing / details
- Monitor toll and equipment inventory

- Orchestrate shipment of tools and equipment

- Attend on Site handovers / deficiency walks and testing

- Pick up/ deliver smaller items as required
