The Rekai Centres in Toronto seeks an experienced RN-EC (Nurse Practitioner) for two full-time positions at our downtown LTC homes. You will lead comprehensive resident health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide direct clinical care within the NP scope, in collaboration with physicians and the care team.

Ideal candidates hold CNO RN-EC registration, CPR/First Aid, gerontology knowledge, and a solid commitment to elder care in an on-site, non-remote setting.
