WSP is seeking a Senior Director, Corporate Compensation & Programs Delivery to lead global ESPP and LTIP programs, align governance, and drive compensation strategy at the COE level. You will work with HR leaders, business stakeholders, regional Total Rewards teams, and external partners as part of a matrix organization reporting to the Global Vice-President, Total Rewards.
