Tourism Ch’illiwack is looking for a creative, adaptable and people-focused Graphic Designer & Brand Coordinator to join our team.
Graphic design is at the core of this role — but it’s more than just a design job.
We're looking for someone who understands the bigger picture of a brand. Someone who can take an established brand and bring it to life across everything from digital campaigns and social media to signage, visitor experiences and community initiatives.
Our team lives and breathes Chilliwack. We believe in this community, its people and the future of tourism here, and we want someone who is excited to be part of that journey with us.
And because tourism is constantly changing, we need someone who's willing to jump in wherever they're needed.
One day you might be designing a campaign; the next, you could be photographing a local business, updating the website, creating wayfinding signage, formatting a report, helping at the front desk of the Visitor and Info Centre, or heading out to meet one of our community partners.
No two days are exactly the same.

You'll work closely with the Tourism Ch’illiwack team to implement and protect our brand across a wide variety of projects, platforms and experiences.

- Jumping into events, projects and last-minute opportunities as they come up
Our work touches almost every part of Chilliwack's visitor economy — from outdoor adventure, fishing, biking and golf to shopping, food, District 1881, Circle Farm Tour and more.
You'll need to be comfortable moving between very different audiences, projects and creative styles while understanding how each piece fits into the broader Tourism Ch’illiwack brand.
Who We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone whose core strength is graphic design, but whose value goes far beyond their ability to make something look good.
You understand that great design isn't just about personal creative preference. It's about understanding the audience, the strategy and the brand and creating something that works.
