Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional check-in experience
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and direct calls efficiently
- Assist guests with check-out procedures, billing questions, and special requests
- Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain front desk operations by managing guest records, reservations, and correspondence
- Support guest services by coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to meet guest needs
Requirements
- Proven experience in front desk operations or hospitality roles; hotel experience is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Robust customer service orientation with a positive attitude and active listening skills
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management software or reservation systems is advantageous
- Ability to remain energetic, organized, and attentive in a fast-paced environment
