Duties

- Deliver professional hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles to meet client preferences.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable haircare solutions.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance.
- Engage with clients through friendly communication, actively listening to their desires and offering expert advice.
- Upsell retail haircare products and styling services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients,



and processing payments efficiently.
- Foster a positive atmosphere by building rapport with clients, encouraging repeat visits, and promoting salon promotions or packages.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly, skilled manner.
- Expertise in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, styling, and chemical treatments.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a clean work environment.
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain styling options and product recommendations.
- Ability to upsell retail products tactfully while prioritizing client needs.
- Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments smoothly and ensure timely service delivery.
