We are looking for Reliable Handyperson to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior. Who will be working to fix various issues in new residential homes performing general repair and maintenance work.

Requirements and skills

- Proven experience as handyman
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
- Basic math skills
- Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
- Attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to Multi task
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints, plans
- Ability to keep track of expenses
- Positive sense of direction and ability to use maps or smartphone apps to find new job sites

Responsibilities
- Cleaning facilities
- Perform maintenance and light repairs
- Undertake light installation or carpenting
- Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs
- Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks
- Identify and report the need for major repairs

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Education

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
