We are GROWING! We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Head Coach in Taekwondo to lead one of our martial arts programs with passion and expertise. In this role, you will be responsible for developing training programs, mentoring students of all ages and skill levels, and fostering a positive, disciplined workplace that promotes growth, confidence, and respect. Your leadership will inspire students to achieve their personal best while ensuring safety and adherence to martial arts standards.

Responsibilities

- Implement comprehensive Taekwondo training tailored to various age groups and skill levels
- Lead engaging coaching sessions that emphasize proper technique, discipline, and sportsmanship
- Motivate students through clear goal-setting, constructive feedback, and recognition of achievements
- Oversee student progress, conduct belt tests, and maintain accurate records of training milestones
- Foster a safe, inclusive environment by enforcing safety protocols and promoting respectful behavior




- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and staff to support students’ development both inside and outside the dojo
- Incorporate teaching methods that enhance learning experiences, including demonstrations and practical drills

Qualifications

- Proven experience in teaching Taekwondo or similar martial arts disciplines with a strong understanding of techniques and training methodologies
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to create a positive atmosphere that encourages discipline, confidence, and personal growth
- Minimum 4th degree black belt with the World Taekwondo Federation.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
