Founder Arena is launching a recent live-streamed business show. Shortlisted candidates will hear the full format at interview.

About the role

We are hiring a Head of Content to run the show's content and social media from end to end. This is a senior, hands-on role with no team reporting to it. You will use AI tools to produce the output of a full content team on your own.

Responsibilities

- Set up and manage the show's channels on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Snapchat, Reddit and Discord.
- Publish new content every day and manage the content calendar across all channels.
- Edit each week of live streams into a full-length YouTube episode and 15 to 20 short-form clips.
- Own the titles and thumbnails for every post.
- Plan and run paid promotion, including boosted posts and ad campaigns, within a set monthly budget.
- Manage the community across Discord and social media, using AI moderation tools and escalating sensitive issues to the founders.
- Build and maintain an AI-assisted production workflow for editing, captioning, clipping and scheduling.
- Report on performance every week and adjust the plan based on results.
- Lead the launch campaign ahead of each season.
- Tag every link you share with UTM parameters so we can see which channel brings people in.

Requirements

- At least three years of experience in content production or social media management.
- A record of growing social channels,



including short-form content that has passed one million views.
- Strong video editing skills in both short-form and long-form formats.
- Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns and managing ad spend.
- Experience managing online communities, including Discord.
- Daily use of AI tools across your production workflow.
- Availability for live shows from 11am to 1pm Eastern Time, three to four days a week during the season, with same-day turnaround on clips.
- Strong written English.

Nice to have An interest in startups and business content.

Compensation and terms

Pay: $5,000 CAD per month.

Engagement: Full-time contract, fully remote. The first contract runs three months, with renewal based on performance.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Advertising spend is funded by the company and is separate from pay.

Hiring process

Applications are reviewed on past work. Shortlisted applicants are invited to a 30-minute interview with the founders, followed by a 30-day paid trial.
