- Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Monitor resident health and document observations accurately
- Participate in recreational activities to enhance resident engagement




- Support residents during dining and mobility transitions
- Report maintenance issues and ensure a safe environment Requirements:
- Health Care Aide program completion required
- Registration with the BC Care Aide & Community Health Worker Registry
- Current CPR and First Aid certification needed
- Ability to handle difficult situations with respect
