As a Health Care Aide, you'll work alongside a dedicated care team under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse. - Bathe and shower residents according to care plans
- Assist with secure transfers using mechanical lifts
- Feed residents according to dietary guidelines
- Provide routine treatments as directed by nursing staff
- Accompany residents to meals and activities Requirements:
- One year of experience in continuing care preferred
- Recognized Personal Care Aide Certificate required
- Active registration with CLHA required
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
