We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in financial auditing, corporate finance, and account analysis, with proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of our organization and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and cash application.
- Prepare and maintain payroll records, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee compensation.
- Perform bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in budgeting processes by analyzing historical data and forecasting future financial performance.
- Provide detailed account analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to develop corporate finance strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Ensure adherence to accounting principles and standards while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification is required.
- Proven experience in financial auditing, accounts receivable management, and payroll processing.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed account analysis.
- Knowledge of corporate finance principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
