Baker Location: Main Lodge Kitchen Blue River, BC Type: Seasonal, Full-Time Executive Chef, Pastry Chef This position is responsible for preparing and producing baked goods and desserts in the Main Lodge Kitchen. Must work in compliance with all health and safety regulations by ensuring adherence to sanitary and safe food handling guidelines. Continual research, testing,



and development of new recipes Produce and maintain consistent standards of food quality Work according to safe food handling procedures Support the Pastry team, execute recipes consistently Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner within company policies.

Certification and WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) required. Be willing to work a variety of day and weekend shifts.
