Make a difference in the Flagstaff County area as a Home Care Aide with Sedgewick Community Health Centre. Provide comprehensive personal care and support for clients as part of a dedicated team. As a Home Care Aide, you’ll be a vital part of the interdisciplinary health team.

This role requires an individual with a genuine respect for client care and the readiness to assist with daily living activities. You'll collaborate with patients, families, and caregivers while supporting organized activities and maintaining effective communication under the supervision of regulated health professionals. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care to clients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities and hygiene needs




- Support organized activities and programs for patients
- Monitor and report on client moods and health
- Maintain safety for patients, staff, and visitors Requirements:
- HCA certification or practice permit with CLHA
- Current BCLS-HCP certification
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Minimum 1 year of home care experience preferred
