Duties

- Engage with prospective customers through outside sales efforts, including door-to-door visits and community events, to identify their home comfort needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments of homes to recommend tailored heating, cooling, insulation, or energy solutions that maximize efficiency and comfort.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique situations and providing personalized consultations.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms confidently to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage existing accounts by following up on installations, addressing concerns, and exploring opportunities for additional business development.
- Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.




- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote new products or services and participate in community outreach initiatives to expand brand awareness.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or technical sales within the home improvement or technology sectors.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and account management to grow customer relationships over time.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and analysis skills to identify market opportunities and optimize sales approaches.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
- Technical sales experience related to home comfort systems or energy solutions is highly desirable.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, enabling better communication with diverse communities.
