We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team! Responsibilities

- Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude as they arrive, making them feel valued and comfortable
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest satisfaction
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing accurate information and taking reservations when needed
- Assist servers and kitchen staff by communicating guest needs and special requests promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area to ensure a welcoming environment
- Support guest inquiries about menu items, restaurant policies,



or amenities with clear and courteous communication

Skills

- Proven experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality roles within a restaurant setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities
- Familiarity with food service operations, including POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred to understand flow and guest expectations
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards is a plus but not required
