Senior Manager, Payroll (Union & Non-Union)

Our client is a very well established and known Multi-National and they are looking to hire a Senior Manager, Payroll [Union & Non-Union] on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role in office 3 days per week, after the initial onboarding and training. Initial onboarding and training are in office 5 days per week.

CA$86,500.00–CA$108,459.00 yearly

Full-time To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications; You will supervise an overall team of approximately 15 staff, with 3-5 direct reports. Your role is a mix of reviewer and doer work and has you work on payroll processing as well as business advisory. The payroll is all processed IN HOUSE.

Qualifications

- PCP [or similar payroll designation] with experience processing payroll in house for multi-jurisdiction, salary and hourly, union and non-union staff
- ability to function as both a manager and mentor, as well so deliver on objectives
- systems savvy with robust communication skills
