Required Qualifications

 5-7 years of HRIS experience

 Demonstrates problem-solving, trouble-shooting, software lifecycle testing, solutions-oriented

 Experience with HRIS Systems (PeopleSoft HCM preferred)

 Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate to technical and non-

technical users.

 Advanced MicroSoft Excel skills

 Experience in developing, enhancing and trouble-shooting Peoplesoft Queries

 Outstanding operational and organizational skills in addition to detailed oriented work

 Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

 Ability to operate autonomously and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting

 Ability to be well organized and to be multi-tasking

 Ability to work as part of a multicultural team

 Ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and to be client-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

 Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience/training

 Knowledge of HR processes

 Knowledge of the banking industry

 Analytical and project management skills a plus

Pay: $32.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
