You will design scalable self-service experiences, build reports and analytics, and partner on AI-enabled HR initiatives to improve efficiency and employee experience.

The role is hybrid in Mississauga, Canada, with a compensation range of CAD 115,000–145,000 depending on experience, plus solid benefits and professional development
