We’re looking for a Manager, People & Culture who is passionate about building great teams, creating an exceptional employee experience, and making good people processes even better.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both people and process — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, development, HR systems and everything in between.

You’ll work alongside our leadership and People & Culture teams to strengthen how we attract, support, develop and retain incredible people as Hero continues to grow.

We’re looking for someone who:
