Are you a talented HVAC technician with 306A plumbing license and has experience in residential, commercial, and industrial mechanical work? Have a keen eye for quality? And seeking a tight knit team to work with? Then keep on reading!

We are seeking multiple candidates with a G1 gas license and with 306A. We are also looking for andidates that may undertake the lead on new projects. Knowledge of sheet metal, all HVAC equipment, low voltage wiring and controls, plumbing . Minimum of 5* years experience in a commercial setting *a must. Knowledge of Refrigeration or holder of 313A license is a definite asset!

Our scope of work includes all commercial builds and industrial warehousing, low and mid rise residential, cottages, custom homes, restaurants, bars, financial institutions, snowmelt systems, and all hydronic heating systems.

Rate starts at $50-55/hr. to start, depending on experience. Candidates are required to have a clean and valid driver’s license.

Duties/responsibilities

- Sizing (equipment and piping), Installing and testing of recent equipment.
- Commissioning of new equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
- Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. Providing technical direction.




- Must have the ability to interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings for installation of new ductwork, HVAC equipment and Plumbing applications.
- Be present for HVAC TSSA inspections and city plumbing inspections.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
- Keeping daily logs and records of all installation/maintenance functions related to gas.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills

Schedule:
- 40-44hr work week
- Evenings and weekends as needed (overtime applied)

Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
