We are seeking a motivated and skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems across various facilities. Your expertise will ensure optimal indoor climate control and system efficiency, contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants. Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings to accurately diagnose issues.
- Conduct appliance repairs related to HVAC systems as needed.




- Assist with boiler maintenance and mechanical system upgrades to optimize performance.
- Document all work performed thoroughly in maintenance logs and reports; communicate findings clearly to team members.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or mechanic with a strong background in mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of plumbing, welding, boiler operation, and appliance repair is highly desirable.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately.
- Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid certification in HVAC or relevant trade licenses
