This position combines in-person education at care homes with key administrative tasks, such as developing educational content and scheduling trainings. Regular travel across multiple sites is essential in this hybrid role. Candidates are expected to deliver evidence-based clinical skills education to nursing staff and assist in their onboarding and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing clinical skills education to staff
- Facilitate engaging education through various learning methods
- Assess competency via knowledge assessments and clinical activities
- Develop learning resources and assessment tools
- Partner with leaders to identify educational needs Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in valuable standing
- Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience in long-term care
- Experience in clinical education and adult learning principles
- Current BCLS/CPR certification
