Ledcor is seeking a Quality and Process Coordinator to strengthen data quality, drive process improvements, and support HRIS administration within the BES group. You will analyze HR data, identify trends, and collaborate across Employee Services and HR COEs to improve how our shared services operate.

This role sits at the intersection of data, process, and people, with opportunities to update SOPs, support system upgrades, and maintain a trusted knowledge base for the team.
