Role: Hybrid Power & Energy Systems IPT Head

Location : Montreal, Canada | In office

Full-time Salary : CAD $110K $140K/year

We are looking for a senior engineering leader to own the Hybrid Power & Energy Systems Integrated Product Team (IPT) for an advanced air mobility program.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Hybrid Power & Energy Systems IPT and cross-functional engineering teams
- Own technical scope, schedule, cost, quality, and delivery
- Define hybrid/electric propulsion and power-energy architectures
- Lead integration of batteries, BMS, motors/generators, power electronics, HV systems, power distribution, and thermal management
- Drive system architecture, sizing, energy-flow analysis, and efficiency optimization
- Own SRD/ICD, requirements traceability, verification and validation
- Drive MBSE and system integration activities
- Lead MIL/HIL, ground and flight-test strategies
- Lead FHA/FMEA/FTA, safety, reliability, redundancy, and technical risk activities
- Support aircraft certification and compliance activities
