IAM Solution Architect / Technical Lead Role Summary Seeking an experienced IAM professional to design, implement, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions across hybrid and cloud environments. The role combines hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture, team mentorship, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Design and implement IAM solutions covering identity lifecycle management, RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, and PAM.

Lead and mentor technical team members while planning and assigning technical work.

Partner with architecture, security, and product teams to align solutions with enterprise IAM strategies.

Oversee testing, fit/gap analysis, migrations, performance validation, and production implementations.

Troubleshoot complex IAM and security issues and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.

Evaluate platform enhancements, integrations, and customization requirements.

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the solution lifecycle.

Requirements





7+ years of experience in IAM, IT Security, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM solution development, engineering, and implementation.

Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Robust knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access certification, RBAC, ABAC, and policy enforcement.

Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, and SCIM.

Experience with enterprise IAM platforms such as Saviynt or similar solutions.

Strong programming/scripting experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, Node.Js, or PowerShell.

Experience with APIs, middleware, SQL, and Oracle databases.

Experience with PAM and certificate management solutions.

Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

French and English bilingual proficiency is an asset.
