Join our dynamic team as a Hydrovac Operator and become a vital part of our excavation and construction projects! In this energetic role, you will operate specialized hydrovac equipment to safely and efficiently excavate around utilities, pipelines, and other underground infrastructure. Your expertise will help ensure exact, damage-free digging while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Operate hydrovac truck with precision and safety awareness to perform excavation tasks.
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain hydrovac systems, ensuring optimal performance throughout each shift.
- Coordinate with project teams to interpret plans and locate underground utilities before excavation begins.
- Perform pre-operation inspections and perform and document all required maintenance on equipment
- Follow all safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation, construction sites, and environmental regulations.




- Maintain detailed records of daily operations, including equipment usage logs and safety checklists.

Requirements

- Proven experience operating hydrovac trucks in a construction or utility setting.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Experience with horizontal drilling and other trenchless excavation techniques is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of construction site safety procedures
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and quality.
- Minimum two years relevant experience

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour Expected hours: 50.0 – 60.0 per week
