IAM Solution Architect / Technical Lead Role Summary Seeking an experienced IAM qualified to design, implement, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management solutions across hybrid and cloud environments. The role combines hands-on technical leadership, solution architecture, team mentorship, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

- Design and implement IAM solutions covering identity lifecycle management, RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, and PAM.
- Lead and mentor technical team members while planning and assigning technical work.
- Partner with architecture, security, and product teams to align solutions with enterprise IAM strategies.
- Oversee testing, fit/gap analysis, migrations, performance validation, and production implementations.
- Troubleshoot complex IAM and security issues and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
- Evaluate platform enhancements, integrations, and customization requirements.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the solution lifecycle.

Requirements





- 7+ years of experience in IAM, IT Security, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM solution development, engineering, and implementation.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access certification, RBAC, ABAC, and policy enforcement.
- Hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, and SCIM.
- Experience with enterprise IAM platforms such as Saviynt or similar solutions.
- Strong programming/scripting experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, Node.Js, or PowerShell.
- Experience with APIs, middleware, SQL, and Oracle databases.
- Experience with PAM and certificate management solutions.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- French and English bilingual proficiency is an asset.
