In this role, you will independently manage ICU patients, delegating tasks and coordinating care while monitoring vitals. The position demands a commitment to professional excellence and emotional intelligence to ensure a supportive setting for patients. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver patient care using nursing processes and standards
- Monitor and update care team on patient assessments
- Respond to medical emergencies for critical care patients
- Delegate tasks to other health care team members
- Document discharge planning for continuity of care Requirements:
- Current RN (Registered Nurse) License
- 1-year ICU experience in an Acute Care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Diploma or higher in Nursing, Bachelor’s preferred
