William Osler Health System is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver client-centred therapy, assess physical, cognitive and perceptual function, and plan discharge-focused interventions across multiple Osler sites in Ontario.
Responsibilities include education for patients, families and staff, participation in rounds and committees, and adherence to COTO standards. Hours include days/evenings with weekends; travel between sites may be required.
