Collaboration is key as you work with various teams to support Indigenous engagement initiatives and enhance the Mining & Natural Resources practice. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to community-focused project delivery and advance reconciliation commitments. Key Responsibilities:
- Build trust-based relationships with Indigenous communities
- Represent Pinchin at cultural and community events
- Guide project teams on Indigenous engagement protocols
- Support mining proposals and Indigenous participation plans
- Coordinate engagement activities across teams Requirements:
- Postsecondary education in Indigenous studies or related fields
- Experience with Indigenous Nations and organizations
- Robust facilitation and communication skills
- Knowledge of Indigenous rights and cultures
