We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Painter to assist with painting and upkeep across our residential properties.
Responsibilities
- Paint apartment units, hallways, common areas, and other building spaces as needed
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching holes, sanding, cleaning, and priming
- Complete touch-ups and repainting between tenant move-ins and move-outs
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous painting or general maintenance experience is an asset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working throughout residential buildings and apartment units
- Able to perform physical tasks associated with painting, including standing for extended periods and using ladders
- Positive communication and time-management skills
Environment: Residential properties Schedule: Flexible based on availability and property needs
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Work Location: In person
