About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Engineer with expertise in Quality Systems to join their team, supporting operations that include their facility in Kimberley . This role is essential for ensuring the highest standards of product quality and operational integrity. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust quality management systems, conducting process audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to minimize defects and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of quality control methodologies and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage Quality Management Systems (QMS) , such as ISO 9001.
- Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address root causes of defects.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to integrate quality considerations into process design and implementation.




- Develop and deliver quality training programs to manufacturing personnel.
- Monitor key quality metrics and report on the overall quality performance of operations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering with a strong focus on quality assurance and quality control .
- Proven experience implementing and managing QMS, preferably ISO 9001.
- Knowledge of statistical quality control techniques (e.g., SPC, DOE).
- Familiarity with root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
