We are hiring an Industrial Millwright / Hydraulic Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair press brakes, hydraulic press brakes and fiber laser cutting equipment at our Mississauga, Ontario location.

We are looking for a trade-school-trained professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in hydraulic troubleshooting, maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, seals and related components.
- Troubleshoot pressure loss, leaks, overheating and inconsistent machine performance.
- Maintain and repair press brakes and mechanical components on fiber laser cutting equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication and component replacement.
- Read hydraulic schematics, mechanical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Document repairs, identify required parts and coordinate specialist service when needed.
- Follow lockout/tagout procedures and workplace safety requirements.

Qualifications





- Completed trade-school, college or apprenticeship technical training in millwrighting, industrial mechanics, hydraulics or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant hydraulic maintenance and repair experience.
- Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to interpret hydraulic schematics.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with the production team.
- Availability to work on-site in Mississauga.

Preferred Experience

- Ontario 433A Millwright certification or Red Seal endorsement.
- Hands-on repair experience with hydraulic or CNC press brakes.
- Maintenance experience with fiber laser cutting machines.
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems, bearings, drives and machine alignment.
