Fairmont Royal York in Toronto is seeking an Assistant In-Room Dining Manager to support the In-Room Dining Manager and ensure exceptional service standards in a high-volume luxury setting.
You will supervise the In-Room Dining team, manage scheduling, payroll support, and reporting, while maintaining guest satisfaction, safety and cost controls. Previous F&B; leadership in a union workplace is preferred.
