The Opportunity

We are looking for a hands-on supervisor who leads by example in the field, someone who is mechanically minded and takes pride in precision work, problem-solving, and doing things right the first time. This role leads the installation team to deliver safe, precise, high-quality installations-on time and done right the first time.

What You'll Accomplish

- Coordinate equipment delivery, set-in-place, and installation.
- Solve problems quickly and keep projects moving.
- Deliver quality workmanship and exceptional customer experience.
- Keep teams, equipment, and job sites safe and organized.

What You Bring

- Previous supervisory experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a commercial field is preferred
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn - we value attitude over experience
- Mechanical aptitude and a hands-on approach to challenges
- High school graduation required




- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract
