Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor for our High School Upgrading program. In this vital role, you will inspire and guide students who are working towards completing their high school diploma or upgrading their academic skills. Your energetic approach will foster a positive learning environment, helping students build confidence and achieve their educational goals.

Duties

- Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the diverse needs of high school students seeking upgrading or diploma completion

- Develop and implement individualized learning plans that address each student’s academic strengths and areas for improvement

- Foster a supportive classroom setting that encourages active participation, motivation, and respect among students

- Assess student progress regularly through tests, assignments, and informal observations, providing constructive feedback





- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student achievements in compliance with program standards

- Incorporate inclusive teaching strategies, including accommodations for students with special education needs

Skills

- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring high school-level subjects, especially in an upgrading or adult education context

- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey concepts and motivate learners of varying backgrounds

- Ability to adapt instructional methods to meet individual student goals and learning styles

- Passion for education and empowering students to reach their full potential

Pay: $600.00-$1,200.00 per week
